12.01.19 – Kelly & Luke Rowberry
We have recently had our reception here at Mercure Bewdley The Heath Hotel; and after the frustrating situation of multiple different wedding planners; which made us feel we weren’t being listen to fully because we had specified important things which continued to not be documented; we were saved by the lovely Emma. Emma has worked tirelessly over the last few months for both me and my husband to give us the reception we dreamed of, she put in surprises for us for the inconveniences caused and made our wedding as perfect as we imagined.
Thanks again Emma you are a superstar and anyone would be lucky to have to plan there big day at The Heath Hotel.

20.04.19 – Stacey & Adam Crampton
We visited the Mercure back in January 2018 and immediately fell in love with the building. Little did we know how amazing the team would be during our wedding plans. Emma and the team provided us with 5* treatment from start to finish and made the day itself an absolute dream. The food was out of this world, the room was decorated exactly as we wanted it and nothing was ever too much. Rama supported Emma in making our wedding day really come to life, as did the hotels’ partner venue decorator Lisa Maria O’Sullivan (based in Kidderminster – again cannot recommend enough!)

27.04.19 – Emma & Andy Steele
We recently got married at Mercure Bewdley The Heath Hotel and if you are looking for a venue to get married at we couldn’t recommend it enough. We originally booked through a different wedding coordinator who left 6 months before our wedding which made us feel very anxious as plans we arranged were not passed over.
However, Emma Burgess came along and within the first few minutes of meeting her she put us at ease. She went above and beyond to help us achieve the wedding of our dreams.

22.06.19 – Rachel & Tim Price
We had our wedding reception here in June. We booked it 2 years ago and there had been some mishaps along the way, two wedding coordinators had left and there was so much miscommunication due to this we were actually starting to worry about having our wedding reception here. That was until Emma came along and stepped up to the wedding coordinator position. She was AMAZING. Her communication was excellent, always just a phone call or email away, and sorted every little detail out. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she is very organised. Herself and Rama were a comedy duo together whenever we popped up to sort things out, yet so professional. They really put our minds at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really nice, everyone commented on this. I would definitely recommend this as a wedding reception venue (we can’t comment on the ceremony part as we had a church wedding.) All of the staff were also brilliant, every single one of them were attentive and hard working. Thank you all for making our special day perfect.

12.07.19 – Laura & Sean Fisher
We booked our wedding nearly two years before since then two wedding planners had left and made me especially feel really nervous about our day and how I felt really let down by the hotel.
When Emma joined and we met for the first time I couldn’t of been anymore wrong, she made sure everything was perfect on the day and gave us the reassurance I needed. Emma is by far the best wedding planner we had dealt with and if it was for Emma and her team I dread to think what our day would of been like.

07.09.19 – Kate & Micheal Webb
I would just like to thank an amazing woman Emma Burgess we planned our wedding with a previous wedding coordinator, but i really couldn’t ask for better when we met Emma. She did everything in her power to get us the best for our big day and I remember sitting there during our meal and seeing her pace up and down making sure everything was going right. She puts everything into making sure everyone and everything should be where it should be and if it wasn’t for Emma our day wouldn’t of been as perfect as it was. We will be eternally grateful xx
