Your membership will automatically be frozen for free and there is no need for you to do anything.

Unfortunately, because of the timing of the Government announcement, we will not be able to change the Direct Debits for your November membership fees, so these will be taken as normal. In order to compensate for this and for the closure of the club throughout November, we will not be charging you for December.  Any other fees for purchased products will also be credited when the Club reopens.

If you have an annual membership, your membership will be extended by the same period that the Club is temporarily closed.

We will continue to keep you updated on any further changes as we know more.

*Having assessed the risks to reopen our steam room and sauna facilities, unfortunately these could not be opened in a Covid Secure way for our guests and members. This is due the technical limitations of the ventilation in our facilities.
